A) Try Freemans, Grattan or La Redoute - all websites that also have catalogues. They let you set up an account and pay monthly over 20 weeks. Some are interest free, other's aren't so be careful.

A) you have to be wary with ordering thru internet. sometimes they are operated by unscrupulous people with no intention of giving you what you want.

A) I wouldn't go for a HP, i think they are quite poor. I'd go for either a DELL or an ACER. Most people tend to think Intel's are better, but if you look on tech sites that benchmark processors, AMD come out much better. The 2nd most important thing is the RAM, get as much as you can afford. (It doesn't matter about the size of the HDD as you can add an external for extra storage)

A) This is a great site for that kind of stuff ,type in their web site address on the homepage and scroll down through the info and it should say the name and address of the company etc.

A) I do order from catalogues, and online. I believe the "good vs. evil" part of your question really doesn't come into play about the catalogues themselves, but the people who order from them! If you have a compulsive shopping addiction, catalogues can be instant-death with credit cards. If you are content to order one or two things you really like or could use (and not EVERY time you get a new catalogue), it's kind of fun to expect things in the mail.
